They carry many old favorites you can’t find in local stores. While the prices might seem a bit high for some things, reliving childhood memories by having favorite cookies or candy is worth every penny. They sell all kinds of great things: toys like a Barrel of Monkeys and Tinkertoys; gum like Chicklets and Dubble Bubble; candy like Clark bars, Necco wafers, Chuckles, Bit o Honey, Sky Bar; Bosco Chocolate Syrup; soap on a rope, clothing, all kinds of neat kitchen things, decorating items, and food like a Vodka pound cake. Sometimes doing an Internet search for one thing turns up a whole world of memories. Check this website and have a short trip down Memory Lane.

Sarah Palin’s wardrobe

My Opinion

campaign funds

clothing

Sarah Palin

wardrobe
<guid

She just wouldn’t listen when I tried to explain that perhaps she didn’t have the right clothes to go on the campaign trail. But Mom just said it was a darn shame that other people had to pay for the clothes on Palin’s back. I can’t picture Sarah Palin giving speeches in jeans and a flannel shirt!

I am sure there are valid reasons for the clothing purchases. She will more than likely wear the same outfit more than once. We never heard of anyone complaining about buying Clinton’s pant suits. There are better issues to discuss than clothing purchases and I for one am not about to jump on the bandwagon and complain. Let’s talk about health concerns, the economy and jobs. Let’s discuss the War in Iraq, the Wall Street mess, and what the future might hold. I am not concerned with someone else’s wardrobe.

What bothers me the most is no one is complaining about Obama spending all that money on his campaign. I am getting tired of pulling all the campaign propaganda out of my mail box each day. Do I read it? No! It goes in the trash to be put into the landfills to deteriorate over hundreds of years if people don’t recycle it. So, can we all come to an understanding that money spent on the campaign for things necessary to campaign is just fine?

Things not to do with stains

Cleaning Tips

clothing

coffee

red wine

stains

tea
<guid
