Yet, if you are overweight and snore at night, there’s a risk for sleep apnea which temporarily stops a person from breathing. When no air comes in the brain automatically wakes you making you choke and gasping for air. This action can stress the heart and increase your blood pressure. You may fall asleep immediately, only to have the throat tissues collapse and the apnea begins again. This may happen hundreds of time during one sleep cycle and you may not even realize this is happening. Very hazardous to your health, sleep apnea is more common among people who have high blood pressure, large tonsils or nasal congestion, or people who are overweight. It has been estimated that 18 million Americans have sleep apnea . Poor sleep results in daytime drowsiness and increased risk of blood pressure, heart disease and stroke. If you suspect you may have sleep apnea you need to discuss this with your doctor. A sleep test will be done to determine if you have this disease.

Diabetes chart

Diabetes

blood

chart
<guid

It was rather interesting. I seem to be doing all right on the medication I am currently taking. However, we are going to do this chart again in 2 weeks time. Then she will compare them and see which meals in my daily routine are the ones that have the sharper rise. After that she can tell me when I should take the different medications at different times during the day. This might mean a change for me, but then again it may not. It will be interesting to see what will happen. I know I am eating healthier and getting a lot more veggies, but our veggies are home grown and more readily available right now.
