Listening tonight to Jane Mitchell, I have said the same as she did. What can be done to these pedophiles? Keep them in jail. Never ever let them out. There are 161 registered sex offenders within 100 miles of Somer's home. How many more are not registered? Go on Google and key in "missing children + your state". I was shocked to see how many were missing from my state of Pennsylvania. Way too many. Some are runaways, but there are many who are not.
