Sandra Cantu was kidnapped, raped, and murdered by Sunday school teacher Huckaby, a neighbor of the family, mother of a 5 year old Sandra used to play with. She is being charged with kidnapping, rape with a foreign object, and murder during kidnapping, plus lewd acts with a child under 14. If convicted she will spend the rest of her life in prison with no chance of parole or she will get the death penalty. Reporters say she cried when informed of these penalties.
And didn’t Sandra cry when she was being brutally tortured? When she was being raped and killed? What was this woman thinking! She needs to have her life taken away for what she did. No child deserves to have this done to her/him. But Huckaby’s parents say she’s a good mother!!!!! If she was my child I would turn my back on her after I told her to her face what I think of her. How could she do this? What brings a person to do this stuff to a little kid? Perhaps after death the experts can analyze her brain to see what was wrong with her because I don’t believe she will tell anyone the real reason why she did such a horrible thing to poor Sandra. I feel for Sandra’s parents. They have to bury their child knowing she was hurt by an adult she trusted, someone they all knew from the neighborhood.

This woman has NOT been convicted of this crime. She has not even had a trial yet. Whether she is guilty or not has yet to be determined. And what is it with you that you have to exploit this child’s death for your own sick sensationalism.

How you cannot be outraged is beyond me. The woman confessed to the police but later calling it an accident. The autopsy report is sooo horrific the judge is concerned about public outrage, tainted jury pool and further pain to the family. Sorry but you need to pay attention and not judge others as your the pot calling the kettle black. Defending the life of an innocent child or a family in grief is not exploiting and yes the family has read this!

Ain’t that just tooooo Bad ? (Not)
I would say Life w/o Parole is better than a death penalty. Also is lot less expensive for the taxpayers of the jurisdiction.
Let her live in the general population of prison. Maybe one of the dykes will ream her out with a broom handle & she will get a taste of her own.

If I have in any way angered anyone I apologize, but I am someone who cares about children being abused, hurt, and murdered by people who should never have done such a thing to them. Am I to silently sit here and listen to reports of babies being shaken to death, drowned in toilets (just yesterday I heard that one), and murdered by someone who just lets their emotions run wild? I can’t do that. I care too much about the ones who can’t defend themselves. As for this case, I can form my own opinion based on what I heard and read. That’s my freedom to do. I do know judge what others write here and will not delete anyone who has their own opinion even if it differs from mine. I will delete anyone who uses vulgar language. It’s been months, but I have not heard any more about this case. I do hope little Sondra’s parents will see justice for her.
