Today I filed a complaint with the local Better Business Bureau against the bank and the credit card company. I feel if enough people complain about this issue, perhaps something will be done. I am tired of being the one who gets the raw deal. I want to be able to hold my head up and say I did something about credit cards freezing money in people’s checking accounts. Why did they decide to do the freeze at a gas station and not when I used the debit card at the local grocery store? I just don’t understand their way of thinking, but I sure would like to know why this is being done. Stay tuned!
