Great Info Tips

Brooke did a fantastic job singing “Joelene”. She could be a great country singer. I didn’t agree with Simon at all! Next was David Cook who sang ” Little Sparrow”. I had never heard this song before, but he did a fantastic job and will probably be in the top 3. Ramiele sang “Do I Ever Cross Your Mind”, another song I never heard before. I wasn’t impressed and neither was Simon who said it was a forgettable performance. Jason sang “Traveling Thru”. It was ok, an improvement over the previous week for him. Simon said he didn’t get it. Carly sang “Here You Come Again” and she sure did. Another top 3. Kristy sang “Coat of Many Colors” and I think she should consider going totally country. David A. sang “Smokey Mountain Memories” and I was hooked again. He’s fantastic and Simon felt David was right on the money. The last of the top 3. Syesha sang “I Will Always Love You”. While she did a nice job of the song, it’s been over sung in the past few years by Whitney Houston and it’s become a boring song. Michael Johns ended the program with “I Like Your Looks”. It was a bluesy song and ok for him. Simon thought it was the best Michael has done so far. I don’t agree. I thought he was trying too hard to belt it out. I can’t pinpoint 3 people to vote off. It’s getting worse as the weeks go on. But here I go: Syesha, Ramiele, and possibly Brooke.
